CRW Hydraulic Shop is a service & retail facility located in Stephenville, Texas where we handle all manner of hydraulic service & repairs for the construction and agricultural industries that are prevalent in this area. CRW is located in an area that has grown rapidly in recent years and is expected to continue that thanks to many factors, including the recent designation of Tarleton State University as a Division One college.
Our customer base is broad and reaches across the state—from the oilfields in the Permian Basin of West Texas to the Hill Country near Austin and McGregor and back to the DFW Metroplex. Our clientele also includes various municipalities, who rely on us for their equipment repair needs.
Our top priority is to keep customers from having to go to the DFW Metroplex for parts and services. We sell hoses & fittings, reseal and rebuild industrial cylinders, rebuild & sell new pumps and motors and work on all types of hydraulic equipment. Cylinder repairs & rebuilding includes disassembly & cleaning all components & installing fresh seals & re-assembly of the cylinder. We have resealed over 2800 cylinders in the last 3 years. CRW built & owns its own hydraulically driven cylinder disassembly table dubbed the “Nut Buster Table.”
This table can handle cylinders in excess of 10” in diameter. We even have an oil & gas customer who hires us to disassemble their flowback valves with our table. Our machining capabilities include inside & outside tube/rod threading, vertical end mills, tap & die services, and shear, breaking & roll forming sheet metal. We provide stainless & aluminum tig welding as well as mig, tig & stick welding in various capacities. We have the ability to machine any discontinued part in house.
